Our Story

Galicia is a dream come true, named after the beautiful region of Galicia in Ukraine where our roots run deep. We are a Ukrainian family who immigrated to the U.S. and created Galicia to share a taste of our homeland with a new home.

Our kitchen is where tradition meets heart. Every dish is made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. Whether it’s our borscht, crispy potato pancakes, or handmade dumplings — each bite carries the warmth of grandma’s kitchen and the love of a family meal.

We’ve found a new home in the heart of Spencerport at 4704 Ridge Rd West, Spencerport, NY 14559 — a charming space where we can welcome you with even more care, comfort, and love. Our heart remains the same, and so does our mission: to serve the best of Ukrainian cuisine, prepared with soul and warmth.
